This course is meant for people interested in the physical nature of a meditation practice. These livestream recordings are filled with spiritual thought, guidance of how to live and be happy, how to handle struggle and align ourselves with our highest being, and how to allow ourselves to feel all our emotions without judgement. You'll find sixteen lectures, taking up a total of just under 70 minutes. To begin practicing zen meditation, find a comfortable place and position. For new chosei zen students, this interactive “crash course” introduces our style of rinzai zen seated meditation and hara breathing. Find your inner peace and practice mindfulness by learning different meditation techniques taught step by step for every level.

No previous experience is assumed. One week introduction course to mindfulness zen meditation including videos and guided meditations. This course is hours of live feed in guided and freeform meditation, focus, healing talk and lecture. This course is meant for people interested in the physical nature of a meditation practice.
